Each of our franchisees receives our confidential operations manual. This manual includes detailed techniques for managing and operating your Tony Luke’s outlet, including key insights on inventory, training, branding and customer service.
We provide initial training for your general manager and employees, but our involvement doesn’t stop there. Our team will also walk you through your grand opening and extend our ongoing support via additional training, as needed.
