Tony Luke's cheesesteaks use thin-cut (never chopped) 100% rib-eye steak. The rib-eye comes from USDA certified Black Angus Beef, which is consistently ranked in the top 4% of all beef throughout the world. Tony Luke's uses humanely raised cattle and works with expert farmers to maintain health and safety standards. Top it with your choice of cheese (American, Kraft Cheez Whiz or Provolone) and have it "wit" (with fried onions) or "wittout" (without fried onions). Try it "hoagie style" with lettuce, American cheese, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise.
Tony Luke's roast pork is slow roasted with a secret blend of herbs and spices. The result is juicy, garlicky pork which is sliced thin and served piled high and topped with au jus on a fresh baked roll. Try a Roast Pork Italian, the signature sandwich that started it all: roast pork, au jus, sautéed broccoli rabe (or spinach) and sharp provolone.
Chicken cutlets use pounded-thin chicken breast, and are breaded fresh daily with Mama Luke's recipe! Try it Parmesan style, topped with marinara sauce and Provolone cheese.
Chunks of chicken breast are perfectly seasoned and cooked on the flat-top grill. Make it your own with your choice of cheese and gourmet toppings!

Sautéed broccoli rabe, sautéed spinach, sweet peppers, fried onions and marinara sauce come together to create a delicious, vegetarian sandwich. Add long hots to kick it up a notch! (Note: our vegetables are prepared on the same grill as meat)
It starts with a USDA Upper 2/3 Choice Gourmet Black Angus patty, then American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and TL sauce are piled on top. The patty is cooked "smashed" which results in better texture, a softer bite and an all around delicious burger!
